It is with great sadness that we share the news of the sudden death of Don Olson, Sr., Track Operator of Bethel Supercross in Bethel, Connecticut. Don has served as Track Operator for decades at Bethel and has been involved with the track since it started 41 years ago. He also served on the NBL Board of Directors for many years, served on the Competition Committee, and worked many NBL Nationals during that time. Don was smiling down on the track last night. The show of support was astonishing .... The hugs, the tears, the stories, the laughter. Friends old and new. Coming from far and wide. It was truly overwhelming.
Don always said we are one big BMX family. And last night showed just how big our family is. We are blessed to have all of you. From the bottom of our hearts, Thank You.
