Back-to-back weekends are on deck for the USA BMX Pro Series, making it perfect timing to roll out new, fresh kits in several colorways for McKenzie "Skittles" Gayheart.
Gayheart, exiting the injured reserve list, is ready to revamp her 2024 season at Louisville, Kentucky, in style with four new, fresh kits. They match the vibrant personality and energy she has brought to BMX racing for the past 15 years. The latest colorways are black/gold/white, black/sand/pink, pink/purple/gray, and a bright fluorescent green/pink/deep blue combo.
For the first time, she can wear a different kit each day she races and loves it. Why so many?
"The bright colors symbolize boldness, creativity, and a fearless approach to everything I do," Gayheart said. "Plus, they're a way to stand out and express myself, bringing a sense of fun and excitement to the track. Each color tells a piece of my journey, from the challenges to the victories I've earned."
Gayheart's favorite colorway is the black/sand/pink combo. It makes her feel amazing and makes her want to get out there and do what she loves.
"It's so different and different is me," she said. "I truly don't care what others think about me!"
Known for her creativity, Gayheart will continue to push boundaries with her new colorful SYNDYT frame and kits that complement it, combining her talent with a unique vision to inspire others.
"It's about finding joy in refining my skills, whether perfecting a BMX start technique, imagining the next big race win, or just jumping feeling free," she said. "My dedication drives my creativity and fuels my journey toward my ultimate goals, like becoming an Olympian and inspiring those who look up to me."
Gayheart's message to the masses is, "Be brave, be strong, be fierce and fearless."
